Joseph has a 25+ year background in Information Technology, including eight years as a Technical Analyst with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). He holds a degree in Management Information Systems and is certified in computer hardware, network security, and Microsoft Windows.
